About Us

Alyssa Hirani graduated from Manhattan College in the spring of 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. In 2017, merely a freshman in college, she started ANE Consulting LLC. Her driven nature has led her to become a certified LEED Green Associate and pass both her Civil F.E. exam as well as her Civil P.E. exam at the age of 21. In 2021, Ms. Hirani graduated summa cum laude with the Brother B. Austin Barry medal for Civil Engineering.
Ms. Hirani notable prior experience includes her work on the 207th track yard under Iovino Enterprise where she was responsible for close out as well as managing track outages. At 207th she utilized Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and project libre to overlay GO with contract drawings and manage scheduling. Additionally, she was responsible for understanding the scope, project surveying, invoicing, and MTA policies. Most recently, Ms. Hirani worked at Manhattan West under Brookfield Properties where she reported to the Vice President of Construction at Manhattan West. She gained further experience in analyzing associated cost trends with Covid-19 mitigation tactics. She analyzed trends in both direct cost of construction, budget savings, and supply chains.
Alyssa Hirani’s lifetime of knowledge, raised by a P.E. and business owner, and experience obtained through these various positions, led her to see the need in the industry for her own firm, ANE Consulting LLC.
